ORDERING FROM Antenociti's Workshop Ltd:
Orders can be placed 24 hours a day, 7 days a week via our online shopping cart. Credit card orders may be placed directly Online. Please email first to check stock levels.
Due to excessive banking charges we can no accept cheques, bankers drafts or money orders.
Our office hours are 10.00am to 1700pm Monday to Friday (Except Bank Holidays).

STOCK LEVELS:
Our shopping cart system also tracks our stock and will generally not allow you to order an item if it is out of stock. Sometimes two sequential orders occurring at the same time can allow an order to go through where there isn't available stock. In such cases we will e-mail you immediately and give you an ETA on new stock and give you the option of back ordering the out of stock item(s) or removing them from your order.
The majority of Back Orders are fulfilled within the 1-2 Weeks we allow. Stock levels at our suppliers are completely out of our control, and in unusual circumstances, there may be a longer delay on some items. If this occurs, we will notify you as soon as possible, and may suggest alternative products where suitable, or offer a full refund of your payment.
LIMITED EDITION MODELS ETC:
With certain products, such as Limited Edition models, we will try to limit the number available to each customer as we like to make things as fair as possible. These items are clearly marked on the associated product detail page.
PRIVACY & SECURITY:
Any data we hold about our clients is subject to our Privacy Policy. We do not keep any billing details such as credit card numbers on file. All credit/debit cards are processed by our available PSPs via our shopping cart system "Roman Cart" or via NoChex or Paypal methodologies.
SPECIAL REQUESTS:
If there are any specific products that we currently do not stock, but you would like us to try and source for you, please let us know. We are always working to increase our product range so your suggestions are extremely welcome.

All prices on this site are correct at the time of Publishing, but are subject to change without prior notice.

Antenociti's Workshop Ltd use trusted 3rd Party Billing processors, via "Roman Cart" for your security and peace of mind. Their security and privacy is second to none, and use industry standard SSL encryption to ensure your personal details are kept as safe as possible through out the ordering process.
RETURND GOODS & REFUNDS:
It is our aim at Antenociti's Workshop Ltd for you to be totally satisfied with every purchase you make from us. We always aim to offer you quality, and value for money. All items are checked by hand before being shipped to ensure they reach you in perfect condition. If for any reason, you are not 100% satisfied with your purchase, simply return it to us within 7 days, unused and in its original packaging, together with your receipt and reason for returning and a full refund will be issued. We recommend emailing before returning your item(s) to enable us to prepare a suitable repair/replacement item. We will then gladly exchange it, or offer a full refund.
All goods are shipped to the address you specify on checkout, if you are ordering via a paypal payment then your paypal address must also be the delivery address. Unfortunately we cannot send orders paid for via paypal unless the paypal account has an address registered to it.
Your Right To Cancel: You, as a consumer, have the right to cancel your order and obtain a full refund within seven (7) days of the invoice date, or within 7 days of the receipt of the goods (whichever is longer). If you wish to cancel your order, please email, or phone to let us know. If you have already received the goods you ordered, please return them to us, in their original packaging, unused, and undamaged to the address shown below.

DELIVERY:
Delivery is 'at cost' (including packaging and handling) to the UK. Delivery charges on heavier bespoke items will be illustrated on the individual product pages. Delivery to Europe & the Rest Of The world, is charged 'at cost' (Posting + Packaging+Handling), and is automatically calculated at the checkout stage.
Delivery world wide is also available 'at cost' (Posting + Packaging+Handling). Please call or email for a quotation with regards to courier services and costs.
Damaged goods
We can not replace or refund for goods damaged in transit unless the package has been insured. Please also note our information on insurance on the odering informaiton page here
