Static Grass
A range of static grasses of varying colours and mixes. Also known technically as "Flock" although that term is usually used for scatter materials and not these electro statically chargeable short fibres. Also known as "Hairy grass" and "Static Grass" it is comprised of lengths of very fine synthetic fibres which can be electro statically charged before application onto a pre-glued surface. The result is a grass-like texture.

Our own mix of various colours to provide a nice pale wintry grass.
Faller ground-cover fibres
This is a single colour short-fibre static grass type of material. The large bags are 290ml volume which is about 45 grams including the packaging. They contain about 5 times as much fibre as the Javis bags above and about 2-3 times as much as our bags of winter grass.
As they are shorter fibre (roughly 2-4mm) and single colour they are ideal for small scales and for mixing different length grasses to get a more realistic look to areas of static grass. Commonly they are applied over ground with patches of longer (static) grass applied over the top of them to give depth and realism.
Faller premium ground cover fibres - Light Green
A light green sngle colour fibre that is marginally darker than our own Winter Grass.
Faller premium ground cover fibres - Medium Green
Faller premium ground cover fibres - Dark Green
Faller premium ground cover fibres - Meadow Green
This is a very dark green-brown that is more brown than green.
Faller premium ground cover fibres - Autumn
This is a orange-brown colour similar to the Autumn Long grass but with a hint more orange.
Silflor loose Grass/Flock
Silflor now produce their excellent grasses in 3 different lengths and their four famous colours in bags of 50g a piece.

Wild Honey Static Grass Flock
FL631 - Flock - Wild Honey (50 cu. in. Shaker)
Use Wild Honey to create dormant or dying grasses or weeds.
FL632 - Flock - Harvest Gold (50 cu. in. Shaker)
Use Harvest Gold to model dried or dormant grasses or weeds.
FL633 - Flock - Burnt Grass (50 cu. in. Shaker)
Use Burnt Grass to model grasses that have been burnt by the sun or fires. It can also be used along roads and in ditches.
FL634 - Flock - Light Green (50 cu. in. Shaker)
Use Light Green to create a spring grass effect.
FL635 - Flock - Med. Green (50 cu. in. Shaker)
Use Medium Green to model summer grasses. It also works great along roads and in ditches.
FL636 - Flock - Dark Green (50 cu. in. Shaker)
Use Dark Green to create grasses and weeds along roads and in ditches. This also would be great to model the grass over septic tanks and lines.
Long Grass / Field Grass
Different name - same thing. Long grass or "field grass" are long tufts of fine synthetic material that can be cut into the desired height and clumped to represent tall grasses and very fine reeds.
These are 7g packs which may not sound a lot but it will create a LOT of long grass. We don't recommend this product for reeds or rushes though - it is not strong enough or thick enough to support rush-heads and its very fine structure is far more suited to representation of grasses.

Wild Grass
8mm grass matting. Ideal for longer grass areas and clumps of long grass. The matting can be cut into small sections to represent clumps of grass, weeds, and so forth, or laid as a tall meadow grass. The 8mm Wild Grass matting is ideal for covering over Hobbit Holes, large areas of long grass and can also be torn or cut into strips or clumps to represent long grass for road borders and so forth- its ideal for large areas of such cover and saves invaluable time.
Noch Wildgrass
Same as the above grass but in loose fibre format. This is a large bag weighing around 60 grams.
 Realistic Reeds
Simply the most realistic reed material you will find anywhere. This is a natural product imported from the Far East and is incredibly detailed natural product that has good strength. It is ideal for ultra-realistic Dioramas and models but is not ideal for wargaming scenery/terrain that will experience rougher handling and constant use.
