Apoxie® Sculpt is used around the world by sculptors, restorers, miniaturists, hobbyists, crafters, repair persons, and students. It is used in museums, schools, motion picture studios, aquariums, and theme parks. Apoxie® Sculpt, is a self-hardening synthetic clay that combines the features and benefits of clay with those of epoxies.

Features & Benefits

• Offers economy as well as performance, strength and waterproof permanence. Freeze-thaw stable.
• Flat to semigloss finish to make repairs and painting easier.
• 10 Colors plus 2 Metals! Mix for more choices or patterns.
• Self-hardening, 2 part product (A & B) must be mixed thoroughly. Putty like feel.
• Open working time about 2-3 hours. Cures hard overnight (24 hour full cure).
• 0% shrinkage.
• Strongly adheres to almost any clean surface . . . including ceramic, fiberglass, foam, glass, metal, plastics, resin, stone, wood, and more.
• Can be seamlessly feathered before set-up, or sanded, tapped, lathed or otherwise tooled after.
• User friendly clay. Non-flammable, non-hazardous. No solvents or fumes. Conforms to ASTM D.4236.
• Clean up with Apoxie® Safety Solvent or water.

Aves Apoxie® Paste

Apoxie® Paste is an innovative product that permanentally fills, bonds and repairs most materials. This all-purpose paste is thicker and tends to stay put. It has been proven effective on ceramics,metals, wood, stone, foam, and dissimilar products, though it is not limited to these. Apoxie® Paste is easy and safe to use, unlike solvent-based liquids. It can be spread thick or thin with a knife or craft stick. To make paste thinner, microwave it in package in 15 second increments. (Be careful with hot, sticky product!) It is water proof with 0% shrinkage, and can be sanded and painted.

Protection & Control Measures:

Keep Aves® Safety Solvent in a closed container and sealed when not in use. Good ventalation should be used. Ventilation rates shall be matched to environment conditions. *Keep out of reach of children.Wear rubber gloves, goggles or safety glasses when using Aves® Safety Solvent. Do not smoke or use Aves® Safety Solvent near open flames. Do not dispose of Safety Solvent in an incinerator. Simple water cleanup is recommended.
