"To transform a flocked grass area into a natural looking meadow is a real challenge. Thanks to the continuing innovations of NOCH, this is made easy with minimal effort by using the new NOCH Grass Tufts that are ready-to-place and simple to use. Each package contains 105 individual tufts made of extra-long grass (5mm) in two different colours. Just fix the tufts on the model landscape with some glue. Individual tufts on paths, embankments, beside the tracks or on the edge of a forest are easily replicated with NOCH Grass Tufts."

AW Says: These provide the gamer and modeller with a real alternative to Silflor tufts. Noch have made their tufts very exactly and each is encased in an individual plastic bubble to protect them from any damage in transit. They have also taken the decision to make each pack with a varying set of shades so that each pack gives you a wide range of different shades. The grass height is up to 5mm with each tuft having a diameter of around 7-10mm. This means that you can get a lot more variance in colour in a single pack of tufts, whereas with Silflor you would need to buy 3 or 4 packs to get the same amount of varying tuft colours.
