Roadway Series:
These are designed to the same heights and specs as #16, #17, #18 to create a complete series of bases to simulate road and pavements. All grates, covers, drains etc are countersunk so as to be flush with the intended surface. (The height of the "road" on all the bases is the same i.e. the height of the road base #38 is the same as the height of the road (lower section) of base #28.)
